Cancellation policies vary depending on the type of booking and the travel supplier’s specific terms and conditions. In addition to any supplier-imposed penalties, Key Getaway LLC charges a $100 USD cancellation fee, which must be paid prior to processing the cancellation.

Paying this fee ensures your cancellation is properly processed and that you receive any eligible refund from the travel supplier in a timely manner.

Yes, if your vacation package or cruise reservation was booked within the last 30 days and has not yet been paid in full, you can transfer it to Key Getaway and enjoy the full benefits of our concierge-level planning and support.
Please note that we’re unable to assist with reservations that were booked independently and cannot be transferred to our agency. As a professional travel concierge service, our compensation is provided through supplier commissions linked to the reservation which allows us to offer our personalized expertise and ongoing support.

Yes, absolutely! You can use Disney Gift Cards toward your Disney vacation package or Disney Cruise Line vacation. However, we recommend keeping your Disney Gift Cards for at least one month after your final travel date or sailing, in case a refund needs to be issued.
Refunds are always processed back to the original form of payment, so holding onto those cards ensures a smooth and timely refund process.
The $59.99 Travel Concierge Service Fee is a one-time fee per trip that covers the professional planning, research, booking management, and personalized support provided by Key Getaway.

At this time, Key Getaway is only able to book travel for U.S. residents. However, international clients are welcome to schedule a consultation with one of our travel advisors to discuss trip ideas, ask questions, and receive expert travel guidance and concierge-level advice.

Whether you need to reschedule or choose to begin planning at a later date, your consultation will remain valid and can be applied when you decide to continue with Key Getaway.
Returning clients are not required to schedule another consultation unless they would like to discuss their vacation plans in greater detail.

If you would like to utilize Key Getaway's Travel Concierge Service or White Glove Signature Service for a new trip, a new service fee does apply. Our planning services are charged on a per-trip basis because each vacation requires its own research, supplier coordination, itinerary creation, booking management, and personalized planning.
Returning clients who already know what they would like to book can skip the consultation process entirely. If you would like to move forward with either planning service, we can simply send you a secure Stripe invoice and begin working on your vacation right away.
If you choose not to purchase a planning service, we are still happy to assist with booking eligible hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages. You'll also receive access to your reservation details and itinerary through Tern. However, services such as airfare booking and management, dining reservations, excursion planning, custom research, detailed itinerary design, and direct text messaging support are reserved for Travel Concierge and White Glove clients.
